span style=”font-size: large;”>Did you survive Christmas? I’m actually a little sad that its over already. The holidays seemed to come & go so fast this year!
I guess the bigger question today should be, “Are you ready for New Year’s?” What are your plans? We’ll be hanging out at home, playing board games and eating junk food. Speaking of junk food I thought I would share one of the main dishes on the menu tonight at Mango Manor.
I actually used a little more cookie dough than the recipe called for and placed it around the edges for a cookie dough crust. Yum!

I’ve been spending extra time in the kitchen with the kids trying new recipes and at the same time teaching them that cooking isn’t quite as scary as they thought. In the spirit of learning, we also made our crust. Here is the recipe we used for that.
We made a mess but it was fun so that’s all that matters, right?!
