I love to paint and I love to plant things. If I didn’t have a full time job, a side job and three crazy teenagers who kept me super busy I’d have these everywhere because it was so simple to create and literally took about an hour.
Want to make one yourself? Here’s the easy way I did it.
First off I started with about a tsp. of Plaster Paint in Ivory Lace, a little bit of water & my favorite Purdy brush.
You can see how thin it goes on. You will need to continue spreading your paint to correct any runs.
My pot was dry just about as quickly as I put it on. Plaster Paint dries F.A.S.T.
Next I used a piece of 120 grit sandpaper to rough it up a bit and remove some of my white wash.
After your done just take an old brush or dry rag and clean off your pot so you can seal it.
