Here is an easy DIY project to make your own eucalyptus wreath.
I found brand new eucalyptus branches at the thrift shop.
When I saw these I knew it would make a beautiful wreath for my home.
Eucalyptus branches one large bunch.
One foam wreath form size of your choice(found at Hobby Lobby ).
Ribbon to hang your wreath. Use size of your choice(found at Hobby Lobby).
Scissors to cut ribbon and branches if they won’t snap off.
Start cutting or breaking off branches of the eucalyptus branch and insert the stems into the wreath.
You may have to use a thick part of the branch to pierce the foam.
I started in the center and worked my way out.
You can use floral metal pins to attach the branches to the foam.
I did not use those because I don’t like the way they look.
Personal preference for me.
Don’t worry about bare spots in the middle just keep working all the way around to the outside.
You can fill in the bare spots when you are done working your way around.
When you are done it will look like this.
I just added that ribbon and thumb tacked it to the other side of this china cabinet door.
This is part of my fall decor but this wreath could be left out all year round and it smells amazing too!
I love adding elements of nature to my home.
