Happy Friday!! I’m back today from Sew Much Crafting to share some free printable gift tags with you fabulous readers! I believe small, simple things can add such a nice touch to gifts – and these free gift tags are no exception!
Let’s be honest here… Sometimes our niece’s birthday party sneaks up on us. Suddenly we realize it’s today. In two hours. With one of these adorable gift tags around your package, it’ll look like you’ve had your gift wrapped for weeks – just waiting for the party to start!!
No worries though – you can use these tags on gifts that weren’t so last minute too! These “Congrats!” tags are perfect for graduation gifts, promotions, baby showers and more!
And just in case you need them for another event, you can print out the blank gift tags to have on hand for any gift. Just write something fun in the blank space and you’re set!
Just print out the free gift tags {I used card stock}, cut on the dotted line, punch a hole in the top, and use twine {ribbon or yarn will work too} to tie it to your gift! Easy, peasy!
Thanks for reading – I hope these are helpful for all of your gift-giving needs!
If you’d like your tags to say something else or want an entire page in one color, send me an email {{sewmuchcrafting@yahoo.com}}. I’d love to chat about designing custom gift tags for you!

I love these tags! They’re so cute. And they add such a thoughtful touch.
Thank-you so much for your creativity and these adorable tags! Can not wait to have a few minutes to come back and look at your site more! Many blessings to you and yours and thank-you for saving an over scheduled mom’s hide! 🙂
Thank-you again for the beautiful tags! I have used them frequently and I always receive lovely comments about them and I pass the credit to your thoughtful handy work. You saved me a few years ago, when I was in a pinch and first discovered them, and I still use them to this day. Many blessings to you and thank-you for saving a not-so-creative mom! 🙂
