Summer is definitely winding down but you can still capture some beach moments to take you into the long days of autumn.
If you went to the beach at all this summer and brought home some shells and sand you can make this with what you already have on hand. If you didn’t (like me!) you can buy sand and seashells at the craft store.
Supplies:
Glass Hurricane Holder or Vase from the Dollar Store
Sisal
Seashells
Sand
Starfish
Crystals
Candle
Hot Glue Gun
1. Use the hot glue gun to hold the sisal in place wrapping around your glass hurricane several times.
2. Place some sand and seashells into your holder and top it off with a candle ~ firmly place the candle base into the sand.
3. Place a starfish in front of the holder and hang some crystals around the rim.
Now go ahead and light up your candle and enjoy the last minutes of summer!
