Washi Tape Chip Clips

Washi Tape Chip Clips

Happy Saturday, friends!  Today I’m showing you a simple way to add some personality to a household necessity.  These little clothespin clips come in pretty handy all around the house- but we mostly use them as chip clips (and we always have plenty of chips around).  ๐Ÿ˜‰

You can buy a large pack of wooden or plastic clips almost anywhere for just a few dollars.

Then all you need is various colorful styles of washi tape and a pair of scissors!

Wrap the tape around the clip and if you have any trouble with any of the edges not laying flat, you can add a little Mod Podge or super glue to hold it down.  (That only happened with one of my clips.)

They add some fun personality to my pantry.  ๐Ÿ™‚  They’d also be great to use in a home office for keeping important papers together!

Have a great weekend- see you here next month!

  2. That’s a great idea! You could also attach a little round magnet to the back (I collect magnets from stores that have their names and phone numbers on and cut them up to any size and use them) and use the pegs to attach notes, photos Etc on the fridge. Love love love washi tape!!
